GZ Realty was founded in 1990 by David Gittleson and Nicholas Zuppas to fill a need for specialized real estate services for healthcare professionals in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

David and Nick's unique insight was that lease expenses represent a significant overhead for healthcare practices and need to be expertly negotiated to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. Not only that, but healthcare providers have unique practical, regulatory, and competitive requirements that differ from any other market segment.

Joined by co-principal Peter Papantoniou in 2007, GZ has continued to build its reputation for providing expert, individualized care that speaks directly to the region's healthcare providers' unique interests.
