David A. Gittleson

David co-founded Gittleson Zuppas Commercial Realty, Inc. in 1990 to offer an alternative to traditional brokers who had been neglecting the real estate needs of the medical community. Licensed in VA, MD, and DC, and with more than 30 years of experience representing medical tenants and landlords throughout the DC Metropolitan area, he has successfully completed more than 2,500 lease and sale transactions. David is widely known for his unrivaled market knowledge, client-first approach, and affinity for numbers. He represents several notable health care real estate investment and development firms, including Lerner Enterprises and Rock Spring Properties, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from The George Washington University.
